We do not use your personal memories to sell products or create advertising profiles.

• Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers

2. Camera and Images

If you use features that require the camera or image access, Memora One may request permission to access your camera or selected images.

Camera and image access is used only for features that you intentionally activate, such as scanning, capturing, saving, or processing images.

Memora One does not access your camera in the background without your interaction and permission.

3. Microphone and Voice Notes

If you use voice recording or voice-related features, Memora One may request microphone permission.

Audio is used to provide the voice feature you requested. If voice data needs to be processed by an external AI or speech-processing service, the relevant audio or resulting information may be transmitted to that service to perform the requested function.

You can control microphone access through your device settings.

4. How We Use Information

Information handled by Memora One may be used to:

• Store and organize your memories

• Create and manage reminders

• Process voice notes and images

• Provide AI-powered memory features

• Search and retrieve your saved information

• Improve application functionality

• Detect and fix technical problems

5. Advertising

If advertisements are included in Memora One, advertising services such as Google AdMob may process certain information according to their own privacy policies and applicable advertising settings.

Advertising-related data may include device or advertising identifiers, approximate location, and information about ad interactions, depending on the SDK configuration and your device or consent settings.

We do not intentionally use the content of your private memories, notes, or voice recordings to personalize advertisements.

If advertising or another third-party SDK is added or removed, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play Data Safety information may be updated accordingly.

You may delete your saved content or request deletion of your account and associated personal data where applicable.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by using the available account-deletion functionality in Memora One or by contacting us.

When a valid deletion request is received, we will delete applicable personal information and associated account data, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.

Backups may require a reasonable period to be removed from systems designed for backup and disaster recovery.

11. Children's Privacy

Memora One is not specifically designed for children under the applicable minimum age required by law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
